Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your Kids Island merchandise! That said, if you’d like to return or exchange an item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Do e-mail us at [email protected] or Call/WhatsApp us at +91-9004060609. Kids Island will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Return or exchange requests placed after 7 days of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, Kids Island will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address.
If a reverse pickup is not available on your pincode, Kids Island will request you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner that offers a tracking number. Our warehouse must receive the return shipment within 10 days of requesting the return.
Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a reverse pickup. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. This is essential as items need to be resalable – returns that have been used or received without their original packaging or labels/tags will not be entertained for returns and exchanges.
Kids Island will notify you as soon as we receive your reverse shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, Kids Island will process a refund/exchange.
Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange, Kids Island will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, Kids Island will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, Kids Island will refund the balance amount.
Exchanges, when requested, are limited to one-time only.
Kids Island do not accept returns or exchanges on infant (0 – 1 yrs.) merchandise for hygiene reasons.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Kids Island accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, Kids Island will not be able to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. Kids Island will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
If your order meets the above requirement, for pre-paid orders, you can choose to get a store credit for the full value or a refund back in your original mode of payment.
DAMAGES:
Kids Island packs the merchandise with utmost care and love. Should you receive your package in a poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to collect the parcel and notify Kids Island customer care team. Kids Island will arrange to send a fresh shipment.
In case you find your merchandise damaged post-delivery, please contact Kids Island customer care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Kids Island will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Damages returned after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Kids Island may request you to send us photographs of the damages, so that we can assess the nature of the damage and offer an appropriate resolution to close the case.
In case of damage, Kids Island will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, Kids Island will offer an alternative, or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment or bank transfer in case of COD payments.
REFUND POLICY:
In the case of returns, for any reason, Kids Island will do a cash back. Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.
SALE POLICY:
Not all our discounted merchandise are eligible for returns or garment size changes.
On sale items at a processing fee of INR 199, Kids Island will exchange the garment purchased for a smaller or larger size only of the same product.
